Shipment information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate cargo, dimensions, weight, handling, timing, pickup, recipient, and regulatory information before service is accepted.
Prohibited or restricted items
StoneBridge may decline any shipment that is unsafe, unlawful, improperly packaged, outside available equipment or authority, or not fully disclosed. Hazardous, controlled, regulated, or high-value materials require prior written acceptance.
